Our analysis determined that the line would benefit from a new piece of equipment. Rather than leaving this recommendation with the client we helped them source the right manufacturer. We then project managed the installation, ensured that the staff were properly trained on the equipment, and followed up over time to make sure the solution continued to deliver results.
